A global community for Vietnamese women with an international mindset
Founded by My Holland, CEO of EQuest Asia, VK Nữ is a professional development and discussion group for Việt Kiều Women (Overseas Vietnamese) around the world.
We provide a safe and supportive space where members can:

Access mentorship and professional growth opportunities
Connect with inspiring women globally
Engage in constructive dialogue and collaboration
VN Nu is for all who identify as women, including cisgender women, transgender women, and gender-diverse individuals who identify with womanhood. We respectfully ask that men, including trans men, do not apply. If you work in gender equality, please contact us. Together, we aim to empower and uplift women of Vietnamese heritage everywhere.

VK Nữ Get Together Day Retreat | Togetherness
We had our very first VK Nữ retreat on December 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.
We gathered in áo dài — not as a dress code, but as a declaration.
A reminder that leadership does not require us to shed our cultural skin to be taken seriously.
Over these days together, we explored identity before ambition.
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release inherited pressure and self-doubt
- LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to build clarity around who we are — not just what we do
- Conversations on self-promotion on LinkedIn without shrinking, apologising, or over-performing
- Honest reflections on being Cultural Kid / Third Culture women navigating multiple worlds
This retreat wasn’t about fixing women.
It was about remembering ourselves.
When Vietnamese women lead from identity — grounded, embodied, unapologetic — confidence stops being performative and becomes natural.
VK Nữ was never meant to be just a network.
It is becoming a container for collective remembering.

We're hiring: VK Nữ Community & Event Intern
- Manage online platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zalo, IG, FB).
- Organize virtual and in-person events.
- Develop engaging content and track membership growth.
- Identify and attract new membership leads by researching potential audiences, monitoring inquiries across channels.
- Build partnerships supporting gender equality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community management or event coordination is a plus.
- Basic graphic design & video creating knowledge (Canva/Adobe/Capcut).
- Ideal for third-year students or Vietnamese women who are interested in connecting with an international outlook while exploring cultural identity.
